Waiting Times
Airports: Your driver waits just outside the Arrivals exit, with a name-board, 15 min after your actual landing (European; 30 min Intercontinental). This allows you to clear passport, customs & collect luggage. For more, see our Terms.
Flight Tracking
When you book, we ask for your flight number, scheduled arrival time and airport from which you have departed, so your flight can be monitored for delays or cancellation. We ask for an active mobile telephone number, to keep in touch.
Car Park Fees
When travelling to/from the airport, we include the appropriate car parking fees within our quoted price.
