Airport Transfers

Waiting Times
Airports: Your driver will arrive at the terminal 15 min after your actual landing time (for European flights, or 30 min for intercontinental flights). This is to allow you to clear customs/passport control and collect luggage. The driver will wait in the Arrivals hall with a name board. For more see our Terms.
Flight Tracking
When you book, we will ask for your flight number, scheduled arrival time, and airport from which you have departed, so that we can monitor your flight for delay or cancellation. You must provide an active mobile telephone number, to ensure contact with you.
Car Park Fees
When travelling to/from the airport, we include the appropriate car parking fees within our quoted price.
